Originally hailing from the bustling streets of Brooklyn, New York, Sean has embraced Holly Hill, Florida, as his home for many years. With over 30 years of experience in the bail bonds industry, Sean has become a trusted figure, having worked directly for surety companies as a Nationwide fugitive recovery agent. His expertise in tracking down and apprehending fugitives has earned him a reputation for reliability and efficiency in his field. In addition to his work in bail bonds and fugitive recovery, Sean has dedicated himself to the realm of private investigation for the past three decades. Holding a state license in Florida, he has conducted thorough and meticulous investigations, assisting clients in various legal and personal matters with his keen eye for detail and analytical skills. Sean's commitment to security extends further into executive protection, where he has provided unparalleled services to ensure the safety and well-being of high-profile individuals. His extensive background in martial arts, spanning over 40 years, has equipped him with the physical prowess and mental discipline necessary for the demanding field of executive protection. Investigator Zach Porter
Managing Agency Partner
Lead Investigator PMI & AFI
During his military career, Zach deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom in 2011, undertaking a rigorous 14-month tour conducting route clearance and counter-IED operations in Afghanistan's Lachman and Paktika provinces. His proficiency in various aspects of warfare, including IEDs, UXOs, urban warfare, counter-mobility, and counterinsurgency operations, earned him recognition as an expert in his field.
After his military service, Zach continued his commitment to global security as a Department of Defense contractor. He played a crucial role in supporting Operation Freedom Sentinel and Operation Resolute Support in Kandahar, Afghanistan, accumulating over 800 days of overseas experience.
Zach has collaborated with and is collaborating with law enforcement agencies, facilitating cross-training initiatives with bomb squads and SWAT teams. In 2013, he co-founded Daytona Custom Tactical LLC, which provides essential tactical gear to law enforcement agencies and delivers comprehensive training programs to maximize their effectiveness.
Currently, Zach serves as a lead Investigator at ALL FLORIDA INVESTIGATIONS & FORENSIC SERVICES INC (AFI) & (PMI). His specialization in open-source intelligence and Python3 web scraping allows him to employ advanced techniques to extract valuable insights. His role as an Intelligence Analyst further underscores his ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable intelligence.
Zach's expertise extends to WPS2 and advanced executive protection, including diplomatic security, further enhancing his capabilities in safeguarding individuals and assets. With a proven track record of excellence across diverse domains, Zach Porter continues to make significant contributions to security and investigative operations.


Investigator Steve Friend
Lead Investigator CMG P.I.D
Steve Friend is a bestselling author, media contributor, keynote speaker, podcast host, and former state and federal law enforcement officer with more than a decade of experience. Steve worked as a patrolman and narcotics agent in Savannah, Georgia before joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 2014. He investigated violent crimes and major offenses occurring on Indian Reservations for seven years culminating in more than 150 felony arrests and was also a member of the FBI Omaha SWAT team. In 2021, Steve transferred to Daytona Beach, Florida to investigate child exploitation and human trafficking before being reassigned to investigate domestic terrorism. Steve became an FBI whistleblower in 2022 after making protected disclosures to Congress about the FBI’s questionable and manipulative investigations and dangerous arrest tactics. Steve is the author of “True Blue: My Journey from Beat Cop to Suspended FBI Whistleblower” and the host of "The American Radicals Podcast." He appeared and technically advised in the 2023 Dinesh D'Souza and Dan Bongino film, "Police State."








Analyst Rhys Houlberg
OSINT and Cyber Forensics Analyst at PMI
Rhys Houlberg is a dedicated Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Cyber Forensics Analyst at Preventative Measures Investigations (PMI), specializing in digital investigations, intelligence gathering, and forensic data analysis. As a key member of PMI’s OSINT and Cyber Forensics Divisions, he plays a vital role in uncovering, analyzing, and verifying digital evidence to support investigations. With expertise in data extraction, digital footprint tracking, and forensic research, Analyst Houlberg contributes to high-level intelligence operations that assist law enforcement, private clients, and corporate investigations.
Currently pursuing a degree in Criminology and Forensic Science, Houlberg is expanding his knowledge of criminal behavior, forensic methodologies, and investigative techniques. His academic studies complement his hands-on experience in open-source intelligence, cyber forensics, and digital investigations, making him an asset to the PMI team. In addition to his educational pursuits, he is actively working toward obtaining his Private Investigator License in the State of Florida, further solidifying his credentials in the investigative field.
Houlberg holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including Certified OSINT Analyst (COA) and Certified Data Extraction Specialist (CDES). These certifications highlight his ability to efficiently collect, analyze, and interpret publicly available information, as well as extract crucial data from digital sources while maintaining strict forensic standards. His expertise in digital forensics, metadata analysis, and cyber investigations allows him to track digital footprints, uncover hidden connections, and provide actionable intelligence for PMI’s investigative cases.

With over 35 years of professional experience in security operations and private investigations, Monzell Ford brings unmatched expertise in high-risk protection, gang prevention strategies, and comprehensive investigative services. As Chief of Security at ASAP Security Agency and a former Head of Security Operations at Warner Christian Academy, Monzell has overseen high-level protection and complex incident response operations in both public and private sectors.His extensive background includes collaboration with law enforcement, surveillance operations, threat assessments, and community safety initiatives. Monzell is certified in armed security operations (Class D, G, B, MB), skilled in conflict resolution, and highly trained in tactical response. His investigative acumen is further supported by his ability to analyze security risks, conduct interviews, manage critical incidents, and prepare detailed incident reports.Monzell's dedication to integrity and professionalism ensures every client receives protection and investigative services with the highest level of confidentiality and effectiveness.
