PMI Intelligence Division Announces Strategic Partnership with FEND Holdings to Expand Domestic Intelligence and Government Contracting Support

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Daytona Beach, Florida
PMI Intelligence Division, a division of Preventative Measures Investigations, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with FEND Holdings to support intelligence analysis, risk advisory services, due diligence operations, identity verification, fraud review, asset research, and government-contracting support.

This partnership gives PMI Intelligence Division a formal role in supporting FEND Holdings’ domestic intelligence operations. Under the partnership model, PMI will assist with database-supported research, analytical platforms, technical support, OSINT review, case reporting, investigative research, and subcontractor analytical services.

FEND Holdings’ formal business plan identifies PMI as the domestic operations support partner responsible for database infrastructure, analytical platforms, and technical support. The plan also identifies core service areas such as intelligence analysis, risk intelligence, due diligence, identity verification, asset searches, fraud analysis, corporate record analysis, network mapping, and government-contracting support.

“This partnership is an important step in building a professional intelligence support capability that can serve both government and commercial needs,” said Zach Porter, Chief Intelligence Officer of PMI Intelligence Division. “PMI Intelligence Division is prepared to support FEND Holdings with structured research, analytical reporting, database-supported investigations, and domestic intelligence operations.”

The partnership is designed to support a lean and scalable intelligence model. PMI Intelligence Division will serve as the domestic intelligence operations arm and primary subcontractor support component for FEND Holdings. PMI’s operational role includes intelligence analysis, risk intelligence, due diligence, identity verification, asset research, fraud analysis, corporate record analysis, vehicle-related investigative research, OSINT review, database-supported research, government-contracting support, and case reporting.

As part of the activation process, PMI Intelligence Division has submitted an operational readiness proposal to FEND Holdings requesting funding to establish secure analytical capability, activate office infrastructure, support initial payroll, and begin database-access acquisition. The proposal outlines a practical implementation plan that includes office buildout, analyst workstations, secure storage, records-control procedures, camera monitoring, database access, and initial operational capability.

Through this partnership, PMI Intelligence Division and FEND Holdings intend to build a dependable domestic intelligence support platform capable of assisting with government-contracting readiness, commercial due diligence, investigative analysis, fraud review, identity verification, asset research, OSINT research, and professional intelligence reporting.
