PMI Intelligence Division Announces Strategic Partnership with Grey Matter Global to Strengthen International Intelligence Support

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Daytona Beach, Florida
PMI Intelligence Division, a division of Preventative Measures Investigations, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Grey Matter Global to strengthen international intelligence support, geopolitical risk analysis, foreign logistics coordination, and cross-border intelligence capabilities.

This partnership is designed to complement PMI Intelligence Division’s domestic intelligence role by adding international reach and regional expertise through Grey Matter Global. PMI will focus on domestic intelligence operations, database-supported research, analytical platforms, OSINT review, technical support, and case reporting. Grey Matter Global will support international intelligence operations, geopolitical analysis, foreign logistics coordination, and regional intelligence expertise.

FEND Holdings’ formal business plan identifies PMI as the CONUS operations support partner and Grey Matter Global as the OCONUS operations support partner. The plan describes PMI’s role as supporting domestic intelligence operations through database infrastructure, analytical platforms, and technical support, while Grey Matter Global supports international intelligence operations and regional expertise.

“This partnership gives PMI Intelligence Division the ability to work with an international intelligence partner that can support matters beyond the domestic operating environment,” said Zach Porter, Chief Intelligence Officer of PMI Intelligence Division. “Grey Matter Global brings regional understanding, geopolitical awareness, and foreign coordination capability that will help strengthen the overall intelligence support network.”

Through this partnership, PMI Intelligence Division and Grey Matter Global will be positioned to support matters involving international due diligence, geopolitical risk assessments, cross-border intelligence support, foreign-area research, regional threat awareness, network mapping, fraud review, identity verification, and investigative analytical support.

The partnership also supports a broader operational structure where each organization has a clear role. PMI Intelligence Division will support domestic research, analytical reporting, database access, and case development. Grey Matter Global will support international research, geopolitical context, foreign logistics, and regional intelligence requirements.

By working together, PMI Intelligence Division and Grey Matter Global intend to provide clients and partners with a more complete intelligence support capability. The goal is to produce accurate research, practical analysis, and mission-focused reporting for matters that may involve both domestic and international concerns.

This partnership represents a meaningful step in PMI Intelligence Division’s continued development as a professional intelligence and analytical support operation.
